With Easter fast approaching I thought it would be the perfect time to look for some vegan marshmallow recipes! I don't know about you guys, but we always had marshmallows on Easter. Now, usually those marshmallows came in the form of peeps, but I'll take what I can get, y'know?
Besides, most of these vegan marshmallow recipes are basically meant for you to make your own shapes! So, lets jump right in and get movin'! Easter is literally right around the corner and I know I can't wait to have myself some yummy vegan marshmallows.
Now, this is a vegan marshmallow recipe that was created awhile back. It's "open source" so to speak, the person who made this recipe did a whole ton of research on what makes a marshmallow so... marshmallowy in order to really make a vegan version that does exactly what you want it to. This recipes looks good, but as with a lot of marshmallow recipes is a bit tricky. The original maker of these marshmallows did note that the process was rather involved, so if you're going to be making these you want to make sure you're set up before diving in. Also, maybe have a kitchen buddy at hand. Who knows, you might already, cooking can be a really fun group activity! So, don't be intimidated and jump on into this recipe from Seitan Is My Motor!

I have to admit that these little baby marshmallows just look so yummy. Yummy enough that I decided to throw this recipe in here too. Now, the guys over at Vegan Bandit say that this recipe is fairly simple. I've not really heard of a truly easy vegan marshmallow recipe (one that sets up into nice little bite sized cubes, that is). But, fingers crossed that these guys really came through with one!

Fluff, unlike it's cubed cousin is easy to make. Or at least, this recipe is. Looks delicious, sounds delicious. This recipe (like a lot of vegan fluff recipes) uses aquafaba as the main big ingredient. Aquafaba has really proven to be a vegan dessert superhero!
